Alex Lynch

I am the Chief Financial Officer at Fletchers Group, having joined the business in 2016 as Director of Finance. I bring over 20 years’ experience to the role, including working in Financial Controller and Management Accountant roles previously.

As CFO, I’m responsible for leading the Group’s financial strategy, overseeing all aspects of financial performance, reporting, and governance. I’ve played a central role in shaping the Group’s approach to revenue recognition and financial planning, as well as transforming the finance function to support a high-growth, private equity-backed environment.

I’m motivated by building businesses that combine strong financial performance with a clear purpose, and by creating environments where people can develop and succeed. I’m particularly committed to mentoring and developing future leaders and I’m a strong advocate for diversity in senior roles.
