Who am I
I’m a Partner in the Serious Injury team and have spent more than 25 years representing adults and children who have suffered life changing injuries. My work focuses on complex, high value catastrophic injury claims, and I’m committed to helping clients access early rehabilitation and the long-term support they need to rebuild their lives. I work closely with families from the earliest stages of a case, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident throughout their recovery journey.
What I specialise in
Why I do this work
I consider it a real privilege to support people who have experienced serious injury and trauma. With over 25 years of experience, I take great personal and professional satisfaction in using that knowledge to achieve the best possible results for clients and to make sure they can access the rehabilitation and support that will help them rebuild their lives.
How I work with clients
I focus on ensuring that the support we provide, and the settlement we achieve, reflects every aspect of a client’s injury and its impact. I hope clients find me and my team approachable and easy to talk to, and I work hard to explain things in plain, straightforward language so they always understand what is happening and why. We anticipate anxieties and pinch points in a case, making sure clients feel prepared, supported and never left to navigate difficult moments alone.

Outcomes
ANON
Client was struck by a vehicle while assisting another motorist at the roadside, suffering serious facial and lower limb fractures. I secured early interim payments to fund urgent rehabilitation, enabling him to access treatment without delay. The case involved complex issues, including the deportation of the defendant and disputed liability. After determined negotiation and litigation, he received a substantial six figure settlement, four times the initial offer, ensuring long term care and support.
ANON
Child brain injury claim arising from an accident causing significant neurological damage. The legal team secured a multi-million pound settlement, doubling the Defendant’s offer at a joint settlement meeting.
My team
I’m supported by a brilliant group of serious injury specialists who care about the client experience throughout the life of a case, not just the final outcome. Together, we make sure clients feel supported, informed and never left wondering what comes next.

LOAD MOREWhat I enjoy about working at Fletchers
One of the things I value most about Fletchers is the supportive and inclusive environment. We’re lucky to work alongside teams with real specialist knowledge – from our clinical Early Rehabilitation Team to our Police Liaison colleagues – many of whom are ex-police officers. Their insight and experience make a huge difference to the complex work we do.
“For me, it’s about the client and their family – recognising that the impact of a serious injury can go far and wide.”
Ben Priestley
Outside of work
Away from the office, I spend most of my time with my family and cheering the children on in their various sports. I’m happiest outdoors, whether I’m on the golf course, watching the football or out on a long walk with the dog and a podcast for company.
A national team, here when you need us
With offices across the UK, we’re never too far away, helping people access specialist advice and support wherever they are.
